What Is Home Care?
Home care services can come in the form of Home Health Care or Home Care, where aides help people with special needs stay in their home vs. an assisted living facility or similar clinic. Home Health Care involves certified nurses or other clinicians that can perform medical care such as administering medication, wound care, and other medical needs. Home Care, which Enriched Hearts Home Care specializes in, provides non-medical services and assistance by a registered home care aide to those who, because of age or physical or mental disability, cannot perform these services.
These non-medical Home Care services are often assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as mobility, light housekeeping, bathing, grooming, dietary, or transportation services. Sometimes for those who are isolated from friends and family, Enriched Hearts can provide companionship to keep them company. We also provide specialty care services for people with disabilities, Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia, Parkinson’s disease, and post-acute recovery care. Enriched Hearts will provide assistance to families that need support around the house.

We don’t just want to be there, we want to be there and provide quality care to you or your loved one. This is why for each visit, our caregivers perform a quality assurance assessment. During this assessment, the caregivers go through a checklist and include notes that focus on home cleanliness, client’s appearance, client’s behavior/mood, client’s diet, client’s safety and how well the care plan is being met.
Licensed, Bonded and Insured
Enriched Hearts Home Care is licensed, bonded, and insured. So no need to worry. All Enriched Hearts Home Care caregivers are considered full time W2 employees, which means our caregivers are fully insured under our professional liability and workers’ compensation insurance policy.
